Mindful-Meditation is the art of allowing yourself wholeness in service of self-care.  It is a space for receiving love, guidance, acceptance, teachings, peace, energy, stillness, and wellness; it is a space for releasing stress, and sending light out into the world.  Through practice and time a meditative mind can become a way of being not only in service to yourself, but to your loved ones and the world.  You don't have to be an expert to start, learning to quiet the mind takes time.  Meditation can be used with any culture and any religious belief.  It is what you need it to be, in service for you.  Harness the energy of the quiet mind and let it free you!
